Refund Policy

All Sales Final

All payments made for consulting services, packages, or digital materials are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law. By purchasing from JLYL & Co. Consulting Group, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule a session once per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are considered a cancellation and the session will be forfeited.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations.

  •

No-Shows and Lateness

  • A no-show is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session or arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice.

  • No-shows and late arrivals are treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable.

  • Sessions end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.

Packages and Expiration

  • Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or credit.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for completing any required pre-work, questionnaires, or providing requested information in a timely manner.

  • Failure to provide necessary materials may delay or prevent delivery of services. Such delays do not entitle the client to a refund.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

  • By purchasing, clients agree not to initiate a chargeback.

  • If a chargeback is filed, JLYL & Co. Consulting Group reserves the right to suspend services and assess a $150 administrative fee in addition to the outstanding balance. Documentation will be provided to the bank showing this policy and proof of service.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors. Aside from legally required exceptions, no other refunds will be issued.
