Services
JLYL Consulting provides business consulting, strategy, and related services as described on our website. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual and business factors beyond our control.
Payments
All fees must be paid in full at booking unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment plans may be offered at our discretion. Services will not begin until payment is received.
Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late sessions are forfeited. Multi-session packages expire 6 months from purchase.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to attend without notice, your session will be considered a no-show and forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, complete any requested preparation, and actively participate in the consulting process. JLYL Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information.
Confidentiality
All information shared in the course of services will be treated as confidential. For sensitive projects, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be used.
Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and resources provided by JLYL Consulting remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
JLYL Consulting is not liable for any loss, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our services or materials. You are responsible for your own business and personal decisions.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to copy, resell, or exploit our materials without consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey, unless otherwise required by your local law.
